Kevin Windham, Assistant Director of Community Engagement for the “In St. Louis, For St. Louis” Initiative, is a former state legislator with a passion for higher education and housing policy. Elected to the Missouri Legislature at 25 years old, Kevin championed initiatives to fully fund state scholarships, ratify several state holidays, and revise the land bank statute. Kevin earned degrees from Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and eating ice cream.
