The Healthy Kids Express– Diabetes Program is the first mobile pediatric diabetes unit in the nation. It brings a team of diabetes experts including those from St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Washington University Physicians to underserved area schools. This program serves school-aged children with a focus on middle and high school ages. All services are free of charge and covered by generous donations to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation.
