WashU is proud to present Thursday Nights at the Museum, a weekly series featuring thought-provoking programming, extended museum hours, and activities.
Whether they were designing for practicality, art, or both, women’s work with textiles is central to St. Louis history and the Missouri Historical Society Collections. Join us for an evening celebrating women and fiber arts in St. Louis, with displays of quilting and weaving, tools of the trades, and hands-on activities. At 6:30pm, enjoy short presentations highlighting St. Louis women past and present who have made their mark in the world of textile arts.
