WashU is proud to present Thursday Nights at the Museum, a weekly series featuring thought-provoking programming, extended museum hours, and activities.
Join us for a screening of Crossroads of a Nation, a one-hour documentary presented by Missouri Humanities Council and Kansas City PBS that details the history of Missouri as a crossroads of the nation as it expanded west across the continent. From the region’s indigenous cultures to the brink of Civil War, this film traces Missouri’s indelible—and undeniable—mark on American history. After the film, stay for a special talkback with producer and St. Louis media mainstay Cat Neville and Dr. Andrea Hunter, Director of the Tribal Historic Preservation Office with the Osage Nation.
Presented in collaboration with MO Humanities Council.
