Are you interested in exploring AI in your organization but not sure where to start?
The social sector is often described as “behind the curve” in the adoption of AI. However, we believe social sector organizations bring unique strengths in approaching new technology by grounding AI adoption in a commitment to mission, ethics, and equity.
In this session hosted by the Social Policy Institute at WashU, participants will learn about initiatives that guide social sector organization staff at all levels through if, when, and how to integrate AI into their work. They will hear about one organization’s AI journey including data privacy and security concerns, communication and capacity building among staff, and ethical considerations when creating guardrails and guidelines around the use of AI.
