Identify and explore the edible plants of WashU’s arboretum on this fall’s foraging tour with Froggi VanRiper. Froggi is a lecturer in the Environmental Studies department and is a scholar in foraging. Ranging from the small fruits of the flowering crabapple to the nuts of the many campus trees, there are a wide variety of plants to learn about, taste, and show others!

No prior botanical knowledge necessary! This event is free and open to the public.
